Currently, Burrow is listed at 6-foot-4, 215 pounds. “I’m eating more, I’m more dialed as far as nutrition and food schedule and eating when I need to so that’s been a big area of emphasis for me and I’ve seen the results,” Burrow said.
Last offseason, Burrow suffered a calf-strain in training camp the kept him out of action for just over a month. While he didn’t miss any time during the season because of that specific injury, it certainly plagued him week in and week out.
