Speaking to the camera she said: ‘Just outside of the stadium and we’re not being let in because apparently Ticketmaster have sold double tickets. Anybody else with the same problem? Not good Ticketmaster, not good. ‘She added: ‘We’ve missed a lot of the first songs and there’s a lot of people ahead of us who’ve got the same issue who are crying right now. It is not good. What a joke.’Dressed in a colourful getup, fan Jessica could be seen outside the stadium with a large crowd behind and around her, showing viewers that she wasn’t the only one in that situation.
Over the top of her video she write the words: ‘Not being let in as Ticketmaster have royally messed up..’
In her comment section Jessica reiterated the seriousness of the situation saying: ‘It was seeing the kids crying…it was utterly heartbreaking!’
