JUST IN: NRSC Chairman Senator Tim Scott went all-in on President Donald Trump, declaring that Trump’s leadership and relentless focus on affordability will define the 2026 midterms. Scott argued that rising costs—not culture wars—are what voters care about most, and claimed Trump has been “producing time and time again” on the economy. As Republicans quietly recalibrate their strategy, insiders say Trump’s continued dominance is reshaping the party’s message heading into a critical election cycle. While critics dismiss the claim, GOP leadership is betting that affordability—and Trump’s presence—will be the deciding factor. Tim Scott’s final five-word message about Trump has left Washington buzzing — and Democrats on edge.

WASHINGTON — NRSC Chairman Senator Tim Scott on Monday strongly endorsed President Donald Trump’s role in shaping Republican strategy ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, arguing that Trump’s focus on affordability will be decisive as the GOP seeks to expand its congressional majorities.

Speaking to party donors and reporters, Scott said Republicans are centering their message on the rising cost of living, insisting that economic pressure—not partisan conflict—is the dominant concern for voters.

“I’ve said 2026 is a year of affordability,” Scott stated. “And the great news is President Trump has been producing time and time again.”

The remarks underscore how closely Republican campaign planning is being tied to Trump’s economic narrative.

According to senior GOP strategists, Trump’s continued visibility is expected to energize the Republican base while framing the election as a referendum on prices, wages, and household expenses.

Party leaders believe that emphasizing affordability could resonate in battleground districts where inflation and consumer costs remain top voter concerns.

Democrats, however, dispute Scott’s assessment, arguing that Trump’s record and rhetoric will motivate opposition turnout rather than broaden Republican appeal.

Still, Scott’s comments reflect a unified message from GOP leadership: that Trump’s influence remains central—and that affordability will be the party’s defining theme as the 2026 midterms approach.

BREAKING: RO KHANNA AND THOMAS MASSIE PULL THE TRIGGER — ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT FILED AGAINST PAM BONDI. Capitol Hill was jolted awake as Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie jointly unveiled stunning articles of impeachment against Attorney General Pam Bondi, accusing her of abuse of power, obstruction of justice, and actions that threaten the rule of law itself. The bipartisan pairing sent shockwaves through both parties, with aides scrambling behind closed doors as word spread that this was no symbolic protest—but a direct move to remove the nation’s top law enforcement official. Khanna warned that “no democracy can function when the chief enforcer of the law places herself above it,” while Massie bluntly declared that constitutional accountability is no longer optional. But what has Washington whispering in alarm isn’t just the filing— It’s the sealed evidence package referenced in the articles, quietly transmitted to House leadership and reportedly containing materials that senior staffers describe as “career-ending” if made public.
