During a recent appearance on ‘The Pivot Podcast’, Brady claimed that he used to be jubilant while playing, much like Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes is, but that it eventually faded away.While that may be how Brady remembers his career, former teammate Christian Fauria remembers things differently.
While speaking on ‘WEEI Boston Sports Original’, Fauria claimed that Brady was always very competitive. In fact, he said Brady was lying when claiming he wished he could go back and do things differently, and be like Mahomes is all the time.
“I think Brady is a liar,” said Fauria while laughing. “When I heard it, I was like, ‘Who’s he kidding? He can’t change. He can’t downshift. This is not who he is. He’s not wired like Mahomes.”
