Hill retweeted a Baltimore Ravens video featuring their WR coach, Greg Lewis, with a caption that suggested he misses aspects of his life from back when he was with the Kansas City Chiefs.”Happy for Coach man I miss him,” Hill tweeted.
Hill’s nostalgic tweet hints at his longing for the days he shared with Coach Lewis.
From 2017 to 2020, Hill and Lewis formed a formidable duo, with Hill amassing 4,798 receiving yards and 41 touchdowns under Lewis’ guidance. This period also saw Hill earn four consecutive Pro Bowl selections and two First-Team All-Pro honors.Hill and Lewis were crucial in the Chiefs’ dominance over the AFC West, securing six straight division titles and two Super Bowl victories. During their time together, the Chiefs’ wide receivers averaged the third-most yards per reception (14.0) and posted the fourth-most receiving touchdowns (83).
Their bond went beyond football, with Hill referring to Lewis as a mentor and friend. Despite a sideline incident in 2021 where Hill shoved Lewis, both downplayed it as playful banter, highlighting their close relationship.
