Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has never shied away from showing his strength on screen, but now the former pro wrestler is showing his strength in a different way.
The actor recently opened up about his experiences with depression and urged other men to be honest about their own mental health too.
Johnson said his struggles with his mental health began years ago, but he didn’t always have the words to express how he was feeling.
“I left school, but the interesting thing at the time is, I didn’t know what mental health was. I didn’t know what depression was.
I just knew I didn’t want to be there,” Johnson told “The Pivot” hosts and former NFL stars Channing Crowder, Fred Taylor and Ryan Clark.
