The Kansas city chiefs are preparing to do something no team in NFL history has ever done: win the Super Bowl three times in a row. Before they start their second consecutive title defense, though, they took a night to bask in the glory of winning it all again just one more time. On Friday night, Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the rest of the team gathered together for their Super Bowl ring ceremony. For many of the players, this was their third ring ceremony as Kansas City also won the Super Bowl back in 2019. For Coach Reid, it was his fourth (having won a Super Bowl ring when he was on the Green Bay Packers coaching staff in 1996).One of the players that were given their third Super Bowl ring was Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker. Earlier this offseason, Butker made controversial remarks regarding his ideal role for women in society, praising his wife for being a “homemaker,” which he referred to as the highest calling a woman can achieve.
