Exclusive: Taylor Swift Gives Fan Sweet Gift During Concert

As Swifties will know, the pop star has been gifting fans the trilby from her Red “era.” Themed around the 2012 album of the same name, a black trilby was part of Swift’s fashion repertoire at the time, along with short shorts, sequin shirts and horizontal stripes. The hat is worn during the Grammy winner’s performance of her track, “22,” the fourth single to be released from the album.During each Eras tour show, Swift walks up to a fan waiting at the end of the stage and gifts them the 22 hat.

In a video of Friday’s gig, Swift trots up to a young fan belting out the lyrics. After giving the girl a hug, Swift hands her the coveted 22 trilby, causing the fan to burst into happy tears.
