He’s secured three Super Bowl wins, three Super Bowl MVP awards, two NFL MVP titles, and has led the NFL in passing yards once and passing touchdowns twice. At the age of 28, he’s undeniably made a significant impact on the league.Despite his remarkable achievements, Mahomes remains grounded and realistic about his position in comparison to legendary quarterbacks like Tom Brady, Joe Montana, and Dan Marino.
He pointed out that Brady won three Super Bowls and two Super Bowl MVP awards in his first six seasons as a full-time starter, while Montana also had two Super Bowl wins and MVP titles during the same period. Even Marino, who never won a Super Bowl, managed to secure a league MVP title in his second season. These iconic players set the bar high for sustained excellence in the NFL.
