King Charles and the royal family have been left with no choice but only to make peace with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s professional decisions.
In conversation with GB News, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams shared that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex showed their defiant attitude with their recent trip to Nigeria to the Monarch.He said, “They [the Royal Family] have not got any choice, the Sussexes can do what they like.”
The royal commentator added, “If they find it pays and they find it useful to their brand, which it is, then they will do more [overseas engagements].”
Richard said that Harry and Meghan seemingly aim to make a “peaceful co-existence with the Royal Family.”
Speaking of the former working royal’s recent visit to the UK for the Invictus Games’ 10th anniversary, the expert stated, “We saw what happened here [in the UK] with Harry and his father, it was a painful mess.”
For the unversed, Harry was not able to pay a visit to his cancer-stricken father due to the King’s official engagements during his trip to London.
