REVELED: Liam Payne is set to bequeath millions in assets to his only son after his death can be termed as ... See More

In a shocking turn of events, reports from Sky News and the Daily Mail reveal that Liam Payne has amassed an astonishing AUD$109 million (P4 billion) in assets, all set to be inherited by his only son, Bear, born from his relationship with Cheryl Cole.

The former One Direction star, who skyrocketed to fame at just 16, has built a formidable asset portfolio through his successful music career and lucrative endorsements, including a major campaign with Hugo Boss.

In 2015, Liam purchased a stunning mansion in Calabasas, California, only to later sell it in 2018, claiming it was “haunted.”

The property eventually found a new owner in singer Halsey for $10 million (over P575 million) in 2021. Following his split with Cheryl, he also sold his Surrey estate.

In June 2021, he ventured into the digital art world, launching a popular NFT collection called “Lonely Bug.”

Recently, he and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy settled into a lavish Spanish-style mansion in South Florida, renting it for about $9,500 a month (P547,000).

Liam and Cheryl welcomed Bear in March 2017 but chose to keep their son away from the spotlight. In a candid moment on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast in 2022, Liam shared his intentions for Bear’s future: “My life now is his, my money is his.”

He mentioned having several companies that Bear could choose to run or sell when the time comes, demonstrating his forward-thinking approach—even with Bear being just five at the time.

Tragically, Liam’s life was cut short when he fell from a hotel window in Buenos Aires on October 16, just days ago.

He was 31. Preliminary autopsy reports indicated he suffered from severe traumatic injuries, with no signs of foul play.

His final moments raise more questions than answers, leaving fans and loved ones in shock.

As a member of One Direction alongside Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, and Niall Horan, Liam contributed to iconic hits like “What Makes You Beautiful” and “Best Song Ever.”

Now, as his legacy unfolds, the world watches how Bear will navigate the wealth and responsibilities left behind.
