Taylor Swift DEFENDS Lady Gaga over pregnancy rumors – says she ‘doesn’t owe anyone an explanation’ after being pictured at sister’s wedding
Gaga, 38, captioned it: ‘Not pregnant, just down bad crying at the gym,’ which is a lyric from Taylor’s song Down Bad from her Tortured Poets Department Anthology.
‘Can we all agree that its invasive & irresponsible to comment on a woman’s body. Gaga doesn’t owe anyone an explanation & neither does any woman,’ Taylor wrote in the comments section.
The expression ‘Down bad’ is mostly used to refer to feelings of longing and sadness. Lady Gaga denied rumors that she’s pregnant with her and her boyfriend Michael Polansky’s first child via Tiktok to directly shutdown the online chatter.
The speculation kicked off over the weekend after the Just Dance hitmaker, 38, attended her sister’s recent wedding in Maine.
Fans went into overdrive on Monday of Gaga at her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in Maine.
She was joined by her boyfriend, entrepreneur Michael Polansky, 46.
She then encouraged her 9.3million followers to ‘register to vote.’
