Not good Ticketmaster, not good. ‘She added: ‘We’ve missed a lot of the first songs and there’s a lot of people ahead of us who’ve got the same issue who are crying right now. It is not good. What a joke.’Dressed in a colourful getup, fan Jessica could be seen outside the stadium with a large crowd behind and around her, showing viewers that she wasn’t the only one in that situation.
Over the top of her video she write the words: ‘Not being let in as Ticketmaster have royally messed up..’
In her comment section Jessica reiterated the seriousness of the situation saying: ‘It was seeing the kids crying…it was utterly heartbreaking!’
