Sad News: Tributes pour in for ‘kind and gentle’ retired nurse killed in tragic Carlow collision as funeral details announced

Tributes have poured in from far and wide for a retired nurse who was sadly killed after she was hit by a van in a car park.

Agnes Broderick tragically lost her life on Thursday afternoon when she was struck by a van in a private car park in Carlow. Agnes, who was in her 80s, The adored former healthcare worker is predeceased by her beloved husband Pat, brother Hugh and son-in-law John and will be remembered by her loving sons and daughters, Trish, Rosey, Helen, Conor, Karl and Bernie.She will be deeply missed by all of her family including brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nephews, and nieces, as well as her extended family and many dear friends.
