Tom Brady may have retired from the NFL, but his job as a dad will never end.
The 7-time Super Bowl champ gave a sweet shout-out to his three children during an emotional speech at his star-“Your smiles outshine the morning sun. And where I live now, that’s a pretty brilliant sun.”
“There’s no greater joy than watching the three of you grow and teach me things on your way to becoming incredible young adults,” the former quarterback added.Elsewhere during the ceremony, during which Patriots owner Robert Kraft retired Brady’s No. 12 jersey, Brady said it was “good to be home,” adding that he was “overwhelmed with gratitude and a deep sense of honor.”Ahead of the event, Brady’s children filmed a special tribute highlighting their dad’s accomplishments in the NFL across 22 seasons.
